Every week, we ask everyone in the team to rate their wellbeing across three areas:

  1. Sleep: Quality and consistency > quantity (10 = extremely well-rested).
  2. Stress: Degree of negative stress you’re experiencing (10 = no negative stress).
  3. Relationships/Community: How connected you feel to the people most important to you (10 = perfectly connected).

This is an opportunity to highlight where people may be facing challenges and start a discussion.
